Socialyn provides digital services including domain registration, graphic design, web design, streaming, software and digital marketing. The scope, deliverables and timelines of any service will be agreed with you before work begins.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) for customers in India and in US Dollars ($) for international customers. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are collected securely through Razorpay. Work typically begins after the agreed payment or advance is received.
You agree to provide accurate information and any content, access or approvals needed to deliver your service on time. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work passes to you, unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets, licenses (such as domains, stock media or software subscriptions) remain subject to their respective providers' terms. Socialyn retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Some services rely on third-party platforms (payment gateways, hosting, streaming, messaging and software providers). We are not responsible for outages or changes made by these providers, though we will assist wherever possible.
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
