Eligibility for Refunds

• If a service has been paid for but work has not yet started, you may request a full refund minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
• If we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, you are entitled to a full refund of the undelivered portion.
• Once work has commenced, refunds are calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once purchased or activated: domain registrations and transfers, third-party licenses and subscriptions (such as Canva Pro, software or streaming licenses), and services or deliverables that have already been completed and delivered.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via our payment gateway. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.
